ODIO is a brilliant artist whose art unites key components that NAKAMA wants to feature in its concept: Adventure, the beauty of traveling, the inherent value of culture and an affinity for Art in the mist of the chaos

At the company’s inception I decided to contact ODIO as I was a very long time fan of his art, apprehending the worst I never thought he would be humble enough to take part of my company’s vision. The company was in its infancy and did not size up to much at first glance, but when you have an artistic mind you experience the world through the senses, there is no logic involved, I surmise ODIO felt my concept had potential and was deserving. The very first communication I had with him I proposed my concept and asked what he would want in return for the contribution of his Art, those were his exact words:

“Screw the money, As for using my art for your concept and your site you are free to use whatever you like. I do not create art for money. I make art to make others happy. To connect others”.
